Cross ATX Brushed Chrome Fountain Pen (886-43)

Founded by Richard Cross who made the first Cross product in 1846, initially manufacturing gold and silver casings for pencils, reflecting the Cross family's history as jewellers. Richard Cross eventually passed the company on to his son Alonzo Townsend Cross. Since then A.T. Cross have re-invented the writing instrument. They were America's first manufacturer of quality writing instruments. Cross Pens has been the official supplier to the White House since the 1970's. The pens used to sign legislation are often given out as souvenirs to those who attend the bill signings.
