About the Author

Andrew Harvey, born in India, was educated at Oxford. He has devoted his life to study and writing on the world's spiritual and mystical traditions. He collaborated with Sogyal Rinpoche on The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. he is the author of more than thirty books himself, including The Direct Path: Creating a Journey to the Divine through the World's Great Mystical Traditions.
