Amity Our Helpers

A number of helpers work day and night to help us complete our daily chores. These basic needs and interdependencies make our social environment friendly. These dependencies and requirements generate relations of friendship and love in the society. It is important for a child to realize that there are many people who are involved with the community’s safety, health and general welfare. This book has been conceived with the belief that it is important for a child to value the contribution of community helpers in our everyday life.
This book attempts to encourage children to volunteer in their communities and treat everyone with respect. It is a step towards inculcating in children the reason for respecting and giving dignity to our helpers even as they come of age.
