The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced the topics designed to judge the candidates on their aptitude, intellect and suitability for joining the coveted Civil Services. The present book for CSAT Paper 2 contains 15 Practice Sets for Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) Paper 2 which have been divided into four stages for effective and exhaustive preparation. The content in the book begins with a list of basics which each IAS aspirant should know before going ahead followed by a list of all types of questions asked and the tips to solve those. After the types of questions, Subjectwise performance analysis (SPA) has been given in the book followed by information about score card and OMR sheet. Also 10 tips for a successful attempt have been penned down by the experienced author. The book has been designed with a new approach after intensive analysis of the previous years’ examination pattern (2012-14). The contents of this best-selling book have been re-strategized to equip the aspirants for the exam effectively and exhaustively. The practice sets have been divided into four stages namely Stage I: Know the Trend, Stage 2 to help aspirants know their weaker areas, Stage 3 to help them cross the cut-off and Stage 4 to make them thorough and ultimately lead to cracking the prelims. The practice sets have been designed according to the revised examination pattern and the types of questions asked by UPSC in previous year CSAT Paper 2 examination.
