Frank Yoga Part B

Yoga has been conceptualized, developed and designed as a coursebook for school children. The book is based on the textbook and curriculum recently launched by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

Every concept and asana has been collected from reliable sources and presented in this book with appropriate illustrations. In order to make the book more effective, we have illustrated the asanas  and different postures through the images of the children belonging to the same age group of the class students. Review Exercises at the end of each chapter help the students recapitulate their learning.
