- The author is first class M.Sc. In Environmental Science and Ph. D. from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University- Srinagar (Garhwal) Uttarakhand (India) and presently working as project Manager, in Consulting Engineering Services (India) Ltd. - In total, the author has more than thirteen years research and teaching experience. The work done under various projects funded by Mac-Arther Foundation UNESCO, National Medicinal Plant Board (NMPB) - New Delhi, International Union for Conservation of Nature and Nature Resources (IUCN), World Bank Projects (Swajal and DASP) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) ect. Pant Engineering College - Pauri (Garhwal) and Academy of Foreign Languages (WEBEX-Dehradun). The author was course co-coordinator of German Language at G.B. Pant Engineering College - Pauri (Garhwal) and Academy of Foreign Languages (WEBEX) Dehradun (Uttarakhand) from 2005 to 2007.
