This book comprises of five chapters. Chapter 2 gives the review of literature. Chapter 3 gives the details of research process, problem and design. Chapter 4 presents the concept of sample and sampling design,which is most important for data collection and research. Finally, Chapter 5 presents the measurement scaling techniques, which is required for preparing the questionnaires in sequential order.
