Laxmi Mridang English Workbook for Class 2

English proficiency plays a vital role in the cognitive and intellectual development of children. The Mridang English Workbook is designed to provide additional practice material to make the children more competent and stressfree.Language has always been a tool for one to express oneself. English, in this perspective,is an important language as it is used worldwide. So, it is necessary to strengthen the foundation of a language. Only then that language can be learned effectively. Hence,keeping this significant aspect in mind, we have endeavoured to bring out this series for classes 1 to 5 strictly based  on New NCERT textbooks and the new National Education Policy (NEP). It is hoped that the series will meet the needs of the learners adequately; they could learn English better with the basics of the language. With the current series,our effort is to strengthen their base in English, since the very beginning.Due care has been taken in presenting the concepts and skills in the series. The workbooks are expected to help the learners practise grammar, enhance their word power, and strengthen their intelligence.
