Leadership and Self-Deception (Marathi) by The Arbinger institute

For showing people the way out of self-deception, the book has been divided into three convenient sections namely, Self Deception and the Box, How We Get in the Box and Getting Out of the Box is How We Get Out of the Box. The first section describes how one person sees others as objects and the cause of problems and thinks of them as less important individuals. This creates an atmosphere of discontent that in turn pushes individuals and everyone else around them to get into their boxes. This is a subject that is discussed at length in the second section of the book. The last section then looks at how people can get out of this box by focussing more on their fears, ambitions and desires rather than by objectifying them.
