The NCF (National Curriculum Framework) 2023 has identified four skills- Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication and Collaboration as the key competencies to be acquired by the 21st century learners. These skills are known as the 4 C’s of learning and are considered vital for a student’s success in the school and life beyond. Logical Reasoning skills are recognized as the key abilities for human beings to create, learn, and exploit knowledge. Reasoning skills provide fundamental tools for learning and general day to day life functions. Aptitude on the other hand refers to one’s natural ability or potential for acquiring certain knowledge and skills. Together they are vital for efficiently acquiring 4 C’s and other life changing competencies envisioned under the NCF 2023.
