About the Author

Dr. Stephen R. Covey is a leader, author, teacher, organisational consultant and the co-founder and vice-chairman of Franklin Covey Co. Dr. Covey completed his MBA at Harvard and also received a doctorate from BYU. He worked as a professor of organisational behavior in BYU. He has spent over 40 years teaching people the unique methods of transforming the powerful principles that govern organisational and individual efficacy. This book was co-authored by Breck England and Bob Whitman.
