Sultan Chand Gyan Rishma for Class 3

Gyan Rishma is a series of Punjabi textbooks specially prepared for the children of preprimary , primary and 1 to 5 classes. It focuses on developing all four skills—listening, speaking, reading and writing. It consists of poems, stories, biographies and other prose pieces conforming to the mental and psychological level of the students. The series aims to teach not only the Punjabi language but  also inculcate moral values in the young learners.To make the books more acceptable to the students worldwide, standard Punjabi language has been used in place of dialects.Activity based exercises with sufficient practice of grammar items have been added to the lessons which help to cement the acquired knowledge. Teaching points have been given, as and when required, to help the teachers make Punjabi language teaching more effective.
