Part One, consisting of four chapters, establishes a foundation for the course. Part Two, comprising three chapters, describes product development, legal protection of innovations and the human side of enterprise in services. Part Three, which again has three chapters, concentrates on market research and development. Part Four, comprising four chapters, emphasizes the roles of entrepreneurs in their organizations.
